1. bring many money. you will spend it
2. always bring a (or more) foldable duffel bag, the bigger the better. because, refer to toptip 1 - you will use it
3. avoid shopping centres like the plague. roadside ware/wear is way more interesting.
4. go to causeway bay, get a leaflet which directs you to the 6th floor from a holeinthewall door, and go crazy with mad mad sales. diane von furstenberg i lurve chu.
5. during meals, always save room for tong sui. it is awesome.
6. holeinthewall dessert shops are always the best. generally, the dingy-er, the more awesome.
7. never eat more than 2 whole century eggs, even if it really is the best. thing. ever. you will get sick
